   Hello Dosto kaise ho aap sab hope hai ki aap sab acche honge. Ajj mai aap ke liye new topic par post le kr aya hu ki Mentally Strong kaise bane or mentally strong kaise bante hai or mentally strong hone ka matlab kya hai. To challiye dosto ajj ki bat ko suru karte hai.



Mentally Strong kya hota hai 

                Is ko janne ke liye sab se pele hum ye dekhte hai ki physically strong kya hai. Kya hum keh sakte hai ki jis ke pass Strength, Stamina or Endurance hai vo physically strong hai. Or kya hum ye bi bol sakte hai ki us ke bones or muscle strong hai taki wo weight utha sake or overall structure majbutt ho. Or sath me hum ye bi dekhte hai ki vo andar se kitna majboot hai ki vo bimar na ho or us ki immunity power strong ho.

                                          Ab jo funday hum physically strong me dekh rahe thay in ko hum relate karke dekhege ki mentally strong kaise bane. jaise kuch log hote hai ki thoda sa kam kiya to thak jate hai or kuch hote hai ki koi kaam kar rahe hai or agar thoda sa bi dard hua to chord dete hai chui mui type ke.

 Sab se pele bat karte hai hum strength ki. jaise physically strong hone ka matlab kya hai strength. jaise man lo ki weight uthana hai. jaise hume kahi jana hai or hum Indians jaise travel ke time le kr jate hai bhari bhari luggage. kehne ka matlab hai ki agar apke muscles strong hai to aap utha lo ge or agar muscles strong nahi hai to aap nahi uta payoge. Thik is tara apke Thinking muscles kam karte hai. 
                   Is me bi teen condition ate hai pela ki jaise humare pass koi badi problem ayi or hum ne hathiyaar dal diye to humari brain muscle kaisi hai weak hai. ki luggage bari hai mai agay travel nahi karuga🤣🤣 aray bhai apne muscles strong kar duniya me agar problem hai to solution bi hai iss ke liye hume apne thinking muscles chahiye. 
          Agar hum problem me hi ja kar fas gaye hai iss ko hum keh sakte hai ki humari mentally muscles hai vo weak hai.

        Iss me dusra scenario kya hai ki humare pass problem aye or hum lade hum ne bahut effort lagaye or hum jeet gaye. Matlab us problem ka hum ne solution nikall liya.
Kya aap jante ho ki aap mentally kitna strong ho nahi na kyuki hume bahut effort lagana pad raha hai. Man lo ki aap se bag nahi uth raha tha fir bi aap kaise karke gasit gasit kr le gaye or pahunch gaye or badi badi bate kr rahe ho ki mai ye mai vo nahi bhai aap ki kamar me moch aa chuki hai😂😂.ye wala senerio pele wale scenario se accha tha par jo third wala scenario ayega wo iss se accha hoga to hum bat karte hai ab third scenario ki
       Third scenario hai ki aap pele se tyar ho badi se badi problem ke liye or solution aise hi easily nikal kr aa gaya vo problem jo bahut badi hai jis ko dekh kr log darte hai us ka solution aise hi easily aa gya. Yani ek bag apke pass hai 50Kg ka or aap ne aise hi utha liya halke me. logo ko dekhne me lag raha hai ki bag halka hai bag halka nahi hai bandhay me dum hai. To kaise aap jindgi ki mushkil se mushkil problem ko assan bana sakte ho kitna assan bana sakte ho ki iss banday ko koi effort hi nahi krna pad raha hai. usi ko to kahange Mental strength Mentally Strong hona.

iss ko agar mai sumup karu ek line me to ek category hoti hai logo ki jo simple se simple problem ko bi complicated bana dete hai apne mind me 99% log aisa hi karte hai. simple si problem hai hai kuch bi nahi us ko hawaua bana diya hai pura ka pura. Or dusri tara ke log hote hai vo hote hai jinone actually kam kiya hota hai apne mental skill par. Un ke samne problem hoti hai complicated se complicated us ko bi simple bana dete hai. 
        

           Conclusion iss ke liye aisa karna chahiye ki person ko na dekha jaye mai sahi vo galt hai ya vo sahi hai mai galt hu. ni ko na dekh kr actual problem ko dekhna chahiye ki actual me problem ky hai. agar humko ye samj aa jata hai to kya ye problem jad se thik nahi ho jati. bilkul ho jati hai thik. or agar hum prroblem ko na samje or uper uper se iss ko thik karne ki koshish kare to kya ye problem kabi thik ho sakti hai. nahi ho sakti.
